How do I join the referral program?
Join our Discord server and open a ticket asking to join the referral program. Joining is free.
How do I get my referral code?
Once your request is accepted, the team creates your personal discount code and sends it to you in your ticket.
How do my friends receive their discount?
They enter your code at checkout and get 15% off their order. The code can't be combined with other discount codes.
What counts as a valid referral?
An order placed with your code that is paid, not cancelled, not refunded and not disputed, once our verification period has passed. Each friend counts once, and orders placed with your own code don't count.
How do I claim my reward?
When you reach a milestone, open a ticket on Discord. We check your referrals against our orders and send your reward once everything is verified. For privacy reasons, we only share the number of validated referrals, never your friends' details.
Can I earn multiple rewards?
Yes. Rewards stack: 1, 3, 6 and 10 referrals each unlock their own reward, and each milestone can be claimed once. At 10 referrals you choose a Lifetime licence for TZ or TZX. There are no further milestones after that.
What happens if an order is refunded?
A refunded, cancelled or disputed order doesn't count as a referral. If this happens after a reward was sent, ZEKO may revoke that reward.
